HR& Admin /Receptionist - Shenzhen
Position Description:
1.Female, handle daily calls and visitors; arrange meeting room and relevant schedules.
2.Assisting with other related office administration & HR affairs, facsimile letter receiving and dispatching, hotel
booking and ordering office stationery and delivery, company car management
etc.
3.Foreigner’s management: work permit, working visa and accommodation etc.
4.Assist organize company outing and annual dinner etc.
5.Other duties as specified by Manager.
Past Experience:
1.Good written and spoken English, especially with telephone knowledge.
2.Pleasant voice and behavior, with good commercial etiquette.
3.Team work and excellent communication skills are a must, as is being able to work under pressure.
4.Familiar with PC programs.
Education & Training:
1.College degree.
2.Major in English or management.
3.Minimum one year’s reception experience.
4.Can accept fresh gradate if she has good qualification.
