The United Foodservice Group has today (November 3rd, 2015) announced the sale of its business unit United
Appliance Procurement. The business has been acquired by Red Ribbon Trading Limited, headquartered in the
United Kingdom. The United Foodservice Group will retain its other operating businesses.
